If you can get Vick chems to get his mid to 85 its Vick hands down but he's spendy. If you can't get his chems to 85 he's going to do the same junk as Lamar.
I'd recommend Mariota, his main slight is the inability to get escape artist but he has nice THP and doesn't have the "air mail issues"
Dak also works but he's just Mariota with less speed and less THP honeslty
