lol yeah EA help is aware that I was scammed 94 days ago now and just tell me to hang tight .. EA support may be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with .. thank you for the news though .. good to see EA still sucks and pays people to sit on their hands

I was driving to my parents with my PS4 in my backpack and I was facetiming my friend who told me I was signing on and off as I was driving with the PS4 in the backpack. Get to my parents, sign on and go into MUT and notice that 19 cards where missing and 4 millions coins gone. Took screenshots, called EA immediately, submitted every single document that they asked for. They told me it would take 3 weeks and that I would get everything back because they could see the compromised period. It is now day 94 and I have yet to even receive a single update on this. When I contact EA now they ask me to stop contacting them about the issue because it is reopening the case. I now tickets at EA with the most random things and then ask about it so I don't "reopen the ticket" and they are still telling me that I reopen the ticket which is completely false. At this point the 19 86's - 89's that where sold are worthless so I don't really care if I get them back but the coins are just out there. The company lacks any care for their customers and it is a shame that in this time of uncertainty that EA is so incompliant at their jobs that even their support team is a complete and utter joke. I wish I worked for a company that does not have deadlines, does not care what you do and can not get one thing right.
