I think last promo was a lot worse, maybe the worst I can remember as far field passes go. Last promo, unless you had six figures of gems saved, it was impossible (that is not hyperbole) to have built every master FTP and thus, impossible to get the 96s etc. Hell, it was impossible to have built them if all you bought was the $30 field pass.
This promo, so far, it's possible. You will have to spend coin and gem, and still a steep price, but so far, it's been possible.
