I don't understand why anyone is ever surprised by this. LVL has been riddled with cheats for years now. It never changes, until it does change because a wave of bans come in and then guess what the banned do? They make a new account and start it again.
I can attest that these people cannot be stopped short of fixing the game. It's like trying to solve a roach infestation by trying to stomp the ones you see. Some of them keep coming back, regardless of how much punishment they take, and new nolifes will come in and replace the ones that do finally give up.
