Yes if he has a perfect pocket and above average weapons he is a good qb but so are 20 other guys. The issue is when any of that breaks down, see 49ers playoff game, he is not good enough to overcome anything negative. There is a reason why diggs didn’t like him. Teddy was last in the nfl on throw attempts Beyond 15 yards or whatever it was. He was very frustrating as well bc he would never take a chance.
