On next gen you can't claim the pack. Won't appear. So you have to launch the PS4 version to do that. Just a heads up if anyone is on next gen.
I only log in on next-gen and was able to claim the pack
not just next gen - same for xbox one for me
Next gen ps5 and got the pack
Weird. I restarted the game and everything even the console kept trying, never showed up. Launched PS4 version and it showed 1 unopened pack. Either a glitch or maybe just super slow response.
Any idea how to get in on xbox one? I already purchased EA Play.
