Dictatorship and censorship are things we are protected from the government doing. Last time I checked social media is not run by the government. They are called private companies and they have rights too. Muthead censors and bans people for violating their TOS. (Rightfully so) Make a post ripping on a mod and see how it goes. Make a political post and see what happens. Do them repeatedly and you will be banned. Why? Because they are a private company and have rights. Believe it or not Twitter isn’t run by the government either.
Yes, but they only are able to treat us that way because of exclusive licensing, the compromise being traditionally some regulation on goods made unique through law. I say games are art and merely representational, so bring on the competition.

I totally agree with you about EA and Madden. I really hope there’s some good competition soon!
