So the reason you are wrong is that the card art itself, is Ultimate Kickoff card art.
The player image is from his All-Rookie card, but that's because for the most part they did not create a new player image for the Golden Tickets except for Tebow from what I saw.
edit maybe Koo has a slightly different player picture too. But most of the GTs use a pre-existing picture with different card styling from various programs.
The actual card art/style is Ultimate Kickoff which is what people are asking about, not which image of the player it is.

Maybe on here. But I don't think UK had the animated golden sparkles so it's at least a modded version if it is.
