I have actually enjoyed the NG experience this year when its not showing trucks in the field. I like how the run feels slowed down where you can see blocks setting up. I like that you have more time in the pocket too. I think with NG you actually need to use DT and DE in their natural position and not sub LB's because size does matter in this game. You can see it in the way Block sheds and tackles happen. I'm using an actual MLB this year to stop the run better, and he does animate! I think Jaylon Smith has more INT's than any of my CB's to be quite honest! Your user isn't as fast which I like from a passing and realism perspective. Picks don't seem to happen as automatic as they have seemed in the past. I'm sure I've missed some things. Obviously there is some glitchy stuff going on, but overall I think gameplay is an improvement over the more Arcade style current gen. Just have to give it a chance and get used to the new feel!
