Ahhh, the speaking of true noobs. I don't know if you guys play against good players, but they tend to run the ball A LOT.
3-4 cover 4 drop is very good for stopping the run, and here you have the OLBs in coverage. If you plan to play him at OOP, his zone coverage very, very much matters.. But I guess not everyone plays against good opponents
The first play a noob learns on defense is a cover 4. Weakness of cover 4 is counters, powers, traps, and any run up the middle. Especially if the running back has abilities to improve the blocks. Cover 4 is easier to run on this year than last year. Good players don’t use it anymore.
Thank you. Someone with reason. But I guess we still got chumps in hear running 46 and 3-4 odd with Keith bullock thinking they’re stopping corner routes like it’s madden 18 lol. I always love seeing someone with line 4 “coverage LBs” stay stubborn in 3-4 odd till they can’t stop a pass to save their lives and finally switch to nickel
Ya I rarely run it anymore ...that was def the formation /play like 2 maddens ago . It still works ... and is good for certain runs bc the LBs don’t over commit
Lol. Ever heard of pinching d line, and hovering behind it with the user?
And are you trying to tell me that the majority of the top100 players (incl. My self) aren't using 34 cover 4 drop ?
Pinching the line will not affectively stop a power play against a good line with guards fast enough to get around. It makes it easier. The top 100 players are using 3-4 odd edge blitz for run stopping.
beautiful, i’m hoping i can play him oop at rolb for chiefs theme. if not, still replacing B. graham
He has something like 54 Man and 64-68 Zone. Not exactly someone I would play in coverage.
not a coverage LB, i’d rush him every play..
All day opposite LT
Goes without saying you would think
linebacker, what are you talking about he is a defensive end
He didn’t always play DE, he was drafted as OLB and played behind T. Hali.. little history for you
i didnt know that, cool
he played behind him as a situational pass rusher...then later took over as a blitzing OLB out of a 3-4...he’s a pass rusher thru n thru
You shouldn’t play anyone not a DB in coverage

4-4 cover 3 is also a very good run stopping play , it all depends on your teams ability to stop it and their speed

I'm not saying put him in coverage every play, I'm just saying it's not a useless stat for a DE/OLB to have.

Thanks for bragging about that. We all really care
lol imagine thinking zone coverage on LBs matter. Good luck with that buddy
