not sure what strategy items you're using, but if you're using an uncommon or rare, you'll need to "power it up" with training to get the extra boosts (those listed in bold text). Otherwise, the chemistry bit is just using team players and items (playbooks, coaches, stadiums, and uniforms count as well).

I was talking about stategy items. I use rares. I’m lacking training to do so though
