What a crazy weird card with all the coverage boosts.
I didn't even look at every stat until I read your comment. It does seem very strange, especially for a Dev GT. They had to know he would sell more packs if they had boosted stats like TAK and FMV to 99 instead of wasting it on MCV and ZCV.
