Me too. Between that error and where the XP never came through for the Comp Pass for accounts that were around on day 1 - they clearly made an update and can only successfully update any account created after that update they made. Anything updated prior is SOL.
Essentially, those who pre-ordered/day 1 guys are getting F'd in the A while anyone who got it later is reaping everything being offered.
