I try if it's reasonably close, but I just like playing mature players that don't use two plays. I haven't been playing that long against other "real" players, so I have some learning to do, but I'm not terrible. I've won one superbowl, won several playoffs, but I'm still learning.
I usually continue on and try to figure out a way to beat their scheme.

The main reason I do it is because I'll likely see their scheme again against someone else, so labbing against them helps in the future.
