Listen so here is what I do. I immediately start HR and refresh my previously played opponents and type this out but copy it to save for the Xbox app so I can paste it in really quick. I say "Hey lets glitch!!! You can have the win. We get 1pp per point scored so we can come out in goal line and let each other score back and forth and get as many points as we can deal?" If they don't respond I quit and give them the win and move to the next player. I'm maxxed out on the same account on Current and Next. (By the way you can 2x the reward if you play both gens on the same account.)
