Why isn’t my gronk 99 .. team rating is 97 for some reason his card isn’t the blue color to make it 99.. everyone else is and on top of that I did activate him in the team menu.. I have sprinter strat card and about 24 Legends on Chen including gronk

My gronk is at 98 also, i think he is the in my squad that gets no boost…
