I figured out the 'exchange' in exchange sets is misleading. If you turn in 3x 73s(39 training total) for what ends up being a 74ovr (19 training) or a 75ovr. (28 training)
What are you doing with your low golds?
I found that gold plus where I could dump low golds in for a random player useful. Better than listing 400 on the block
