There are NFL rules that are not in Madden. For example they don't have intentionally grounding correct. QB has to be out of the pocket AND ball has to go to back to LOS. In Madden the QB just has to be out of the pocket. Also IRL if a pass hits an offensive linemen it's a penalty. I see this about once a game in Madden and its never a flag.
It’s not a penalty of it hits an o-lineman o don’t think. In real life I’ve seen passes glance off lineman’s helmets and shoulders all the time and no penalty.
