Surprised me too. I saw on GG that a few people pulled them out of the Nice, so they must be in all packs. I think this is the “value” move.
One edit, I don’t think they are + packs as they’ve been in years past. Haven’t seen anyone pull a Nice or Lavish out of Simple. I think there’s just an LTD chance in all openings.
