Back to Best Defense & Offense Plays

So you need to learn some basic jargon and it would really benefit you. So 34 is 3 dlinemen your LE RE and DT1 and 4 linebackers MLB1&2 ROLB and LOLB with your OLB as edge rushers. 43 is the opposite so 4 dlineman LE RE and DT1&2 with 3 LBs MLB ROLB amd LOLB but the OLB play back next to the MLB. In the 34 you want your OLBs to be good pass rushers, think LT and Kevin Greene or KMack. In the 43 you want them to be able to cover since they wont be blitzing every play like in the 34... now... nickel, so this is pass defense, if you see your opp in gun you may want to switch to the nickel to trade out a LB for a DB, dime and quarters do the same thing each time swapping a dlinemen or lb out for a db to cover passes.. cover 1 is covering 1 deep zone (dark blue zones) cover 2 is 2 deep zones so on and so forth, the each has its weaknesses, like cover 2 is weak up the seams, cover 3 and 4 might leave the flats open for drags and rb routes.. on offense you just gotta play smarter, really not a way to tell you how to play, wait on routes to develop, dont force, dont be predictable. Sounds like you should lab a few playbooks and find some some money plays, i for one use the ravens playbook because it has pistol full house where you can fit in kittle and gronk for some sick passes out the back field. If your just lining up and thinking that your 96 wideout should be toasting his 91 corner then your not gonna get anywhere.
