For those who can't afford the UL or doesn't have Shaz in the 90's
You can find a lot cheap players who are great users too. I've used Josh Jones a lot myself even though I have 99 Shazier. Especially if you run a theme team you can find a decent amount of great users with the team chem boost. Many players use safeties in the box too which extends the amount of great users. Another player I would recommend is Jabrill Peppers - Draft champions could actually be a good way to find a user you like.
