I feel at this point we need & deserve an explanation from EA on how these OVR boosts work beyond not working on 99s.
Does the +5 power bonus benefit 99s at all? Are 98s able to be boosted by OVR boosts until every stat is 99? Are we better off with 98 players until all power is equal?
