The “pros” only user the LBs and Safeties because of the unrealistic physics. Let’s be honest 9 times outta 10 they run their user out of the play but because player weight and momentum don’t mean shit, and pass angle and trajectory are so dog shit they get away with a lot of stuff that would get a real NFL player burned and benched. Why do you think usering got so popular around Madden 25 in the older games you couldn’t run ten yards away from a player to bate the guy into throwing that way then spin on a dime at full speed back the other way make up all the ground before the ball got there and pick it... If EA and madden went back to that you’d see a lot of guys back on the D-line useing fast DE and dropping into coverage for fear of taking someone important out of coverage and getting burned. But the pulling a guy off line hurts your run stopping ability.
I said generally , there are exceptions to everything . Not for nothing if usering the D line was the move you would see some pros doing it .
