First of all, I kind of understand. I'm choleric myself, so yea, I sometimes scream at the screen and stuff like that and my girlfriend just can't watch me play Madden.
I also understand that person can have deep issues, cause I've been through some shit myself too and I went into therapy.
So as numerous people already said here - the way you describe this, this is a task for a professional. Go out there and find a therapist. Try to understand you need help and try to listen to them rather than arguing.
Imagine you would once give up to your emotions and cause someone harm. As a father, do you want to end up in jail? Or messing up with someone who would pull out a gun? I guess not.
