Eh, he looks good don't get me wrong. But for cheaper Jamal Adam's still looks better. Not quite as agile, but he can force fumbles whereas this Poyer doesn't have strip ball or hit power. And for around the same price I'd take Polamalu over this anyday. On a theme he'll be fast and get picks don't get me wrong, but against the run meta that tackle and hit power combined with a 191 lb frame are just going to get him run over.
