Regarding the threshold for theme teams - look, I don't give a damn what you field, but it's been discussed here from the beginning of the season that theme team was originally considered 40+/50 and only 50+/50 since introduction of Team Builders.
Moreover, seriously, there is just no problem in building a 98 OVR theme team for any team out there at this point, so as I said, play with whoever you like, but it really makes no point in getting involved into theme team discussions if you have something like 30/50, we just face other issues and challenges in teambuilding (e.g. how to get certain players to 99 etc.).
