I think a very strong option for lolb Ph that no ones mentioned is Justin Houston. Last card ltd 96 totw. Former series master and now on the colts. Ea typically tries to get series masters upgrades as long as they play an entire season. 

To the above post that i just read... wr Michael Thomas got a ltd totw card same day as Houston. Also pretty much everyone is 96 97 ovr
