This is actually super solid advice, and what I'd recommend too. I have an alt I recovered that was at like 89 OVR about a week ago.
Do any 93 set, then trade in for trophies. You can do twice, since a 93 is 150 Mover collectibles and 2k mics.
Do the 4oJ events, do the Blitz events up to 125 Blitz tokens, then use the rest on the White blitz event. Sell all the food, footballs and games. The 5's sell for around 90k, the 10's roughly twice, etc.
