I would prefer to have a playmaker ability be active between players who actually have good chemistry, like Aaron Rodgers and Jordy Nelson. There could be different levels based on if the players played on the the same team, in the same era, or if they played together and the number of years they played. EA says they are trying to make the game more realistic and I think this is one way they could do so.
