Clearly one of the issues is that half the community thinks that this will be dealt with one way, and the other half think differently. Regardless of who is right that is clearly an issue. Seriously, the game should clearly point you to information on how it works, not hope that some independent forum will do it for you.
I find it vaguely ridiculous that we basically don’t know how the game works in many ways without experimentation. I play a lot of board games, if I bought one with a rulebook that only explained half the rules I’d be furious. Why do we accept not having information on how basic game elements work?
