I was able to get my hands on a cheap Vick the day before Series 2 dropped, only 1.2 million (I say only, but it was my while coin stack). After playing about 25 games with him, I've come to some conclusions:
Surprisingly, I've seen no difference in how they perform throwing the ball. I have play fake chem maxed on Vick (+2 med acc), but that's it. In fake, he throws on the run much better and his high throw power definitely comes in handy.
Vick is better at scrambling, but he fumbles just as much. With escape artist, they escape the pocket at the same speed, but Vick has more agility and speed. I don't recommend juking with Vick or trying anything crazy because he will fumble a lot. Also, being able to outrun d-line spies comes in handy.
People quit out a lot more when you have Vick in your top 3. I have had 3 or 4 games in which I take off with Vick for the first time and they just quit out.
