Being brave enough to ask this crowd for feedback shows some real gumption. I have enjoyed the communication so far. Keep it up. Consistency and timely feedback is what this position has been missing. Being able to take criticism (when it is warranted and professional in it's delivery) is also a big plus and I like the way you have handled that so far.
