Agree with CPAgamer1 - I dont play H2H much, but have no problem with the trophies only being online H2H.
I mainly play Solo's, but still want to try and get the best team I can, and Coach Madden is a big way of improving my players stats, so going back to using training to upgrade him would be much better.
They have altered the master upgrades from previous versions of the game, where you were also forced to play H2H and Squads to have him fully upgraded, should do similar with how to upgrade Coach Madden.
