yeah I just talked to ea contact and here is what they said do, I havent done it yet so cant confirm it works, 

  1. Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternative Mac Address > Clear 
  2. Shut down the xbox and then disconnect cord from the back 
  3. Restart after 2 mins
