I agree, Deion at CB1 makes sense to lock down whoever the WR1 is. Alternatively, I could also see Blount at CB1 just because he's 6'3 but in terms of pure coverage, Deion would be better.
Would definitely put Julio at SS because of his height vs the tight ends and Polamalu at FS. Alternatively, call a lot of nickel in defense and put Polamalu in at nickel as a sort of safety/linebacker hybrid. Otherwise, Jones at SS and Polamalu at FS seems like a good two-safety look.
Both Blount and Ramsey would work at CB2. If you want one of them in the slot, I'd go with Blount at CB2 and Ramsey at nickel if only because Ramsey has better blockshed to run support in the slot.
I don't like the stats of Hyde as a run stopper or a coverage safety. I'd put Rapp at nickel because he's solid in coverage and run stopping ability but you have so many other options that I'd say put him in at dime.
