The key is exactly that, drop the expectations of winning 130 games. Yes, the game mode(s) are fun, but the reward tier(s) are horrible. Trophies are boring for the non elite because we'll not get enough to make a big difference. Yes you can buy some bum packs with them, but just giving us a pack for 10/20/30 whatever wins would be more exciting to work towards.
If you're going to make 130 wins for the main reward, at least give lower tier rewards, something that makes you feel like you're progressing through it. It doesn't matter how fast the games are, people get intimidated by needing 130, and then just don't play it at all. Yeah, the content creators do, congrats to them, they get paid to play the game. Not everyone can do that.
