Connection loss

A person shouldn't get a loss especially if they are winning and either your servers go offline or something happens that says that I lost the connection. Yet, I look at my internet box right beside me and my internet is still working. So something needs fixing on this and if it happens then don't count the game as played and give the winning team a loss.
