This weekend I got to level 52 and did not receive my fantasy packs. After 1 disconnection, then a 15 minute call, then the following day hour plus tech chat. Nothing was solved. They made sure I agreed to the false accusations and fraud agreement, and I did. After that they told me that I already received my packs and there was nothing they could do. So I thanked the lady helping me, understanding she is just doing her job. After my 3 tries resulted into nothing, I wondered why they did not suspend my account or terminate it like the agreement stated(I know I did not get them, they said I did.Then that's fraud right?) Well great news, late last night\early this morning i received my fantasy packs and received some really good cards. Just thought I'd give EA a shout out and thank them for looking into my case and helping me out. The 2 people from customer service that helped me were also very patient and understanding and for that I am greatfull.
