Question about offensive duos play

question 1. In duos competition what do you and your partner do on offense when y'all call a run pla?. Does the defensive captain play running back, or does he pick a receiver and try to block the cornerback.

question 2. On a pass play do you and your partner do a lot of player to player or does the offensive captain throw to himself most of the time while the defensive captain runs the clear or pick routs.  

Any input on this will be greatly appreciated. Would like to hear what other winning teams are doing so I can make a proper decision before taking action. Thankyou
