Does PU 91 Mahomes get identifier?

Confirmed no as I just upgraded him with my 90 PU pass.

I have him and am debating PU all the way, but I need Identifier on him to make my O work with my other two abilities.  I currently have Rivers, but I need more throw power and a little more mobility. Thanks!!
