Upvoting/Downvoting

This forum has saome really great posts, and it also has a lot of garbage threads. We should be able to upvote great threads and downvote troll/whine threads. The upvotes and downvotes should affect a person's OVR

Too many people would just downvote people’s posts and threads just because they don’t like them.
