I sincerely apologize for lashing out at you for just doing what's asked of you, as well as to anyone else that I may have offended. At the time I didn't fully get the reasons behind decisions made and instead of being a civil adult with reasoning, I took personal anger out on you. What was bothering me was completely unrelated and you nor anyone else deserved to have that taken out on them. No excuses, I have no problem admitting any mistake I make.
There's no going back, only forward. I realize I reputation isn't easily built, especially on a weak foundation. So I expect that I have work to do. Again I do apologize for my actions and hold no grudges. (Forgive the housing metaphor, it's my line of work and entrenched in my brain.)

You didn't offend me, nor do I know what you said to offend anyone, but I accept your apology. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone is willing to admit them and learn from them. I'm proud of you for realizing your mistake, admitting it, owning up to it, and striving to get better! :)
