This is saddening, bad decisions resulting in two lives being forever changed. My prayers and condolences go out to this family of this person, and hope this sends a message to drivers in America to make better decisions. A young man with a lot ahead of him has just lost his career and will likely get at least 10 years in prison. One of those situations you hate to see.
If y’all do not know, Henry Ruggs III was allegedly driving under the influence (drugs, alcohol, otherwise) at about 5:30 EST in Las Vegas this morning and crashed into another vehicle, resulting in the death of the other driver. Ruggs, if convicted, will be charged with a DUI resulting in death, 2-20 years in prison (credit to denumber for enlightening me on this) meaning his career as an NFL player (and career as anyone well-known to society) is most likely over
