Help Throwing on the Run

Why am I so inaccurate using highly rated TOR QBs? Is this a useless attribute? I seem to throw the ball 5 yards from the receiver most of the time. 

What gives?

It's only really inaccurate when I lead them. Try not leading them if you do.
