Your lineup looks fantastic to me!  Great use of chemistries.  Unless you've done it already, the only thing I'd do is make sure you have a chem jersey to get to tier 5 Read and React.

Are you running a 4-3? If so, I would maybe look at switching out from Ted Hendricks. He is a beast (I have him in my 3-4) but he's forsure more of a 3-4 LB rather than a 4-3. Other than that there are no glaring weaknesses. Maybe could upgrade some WR or the Right Side of Offensive Line. Looks Solid!
