This is BAD for more casual players, who continually get locked out of more and more of the game.
Especially as you go higher in tier. Multitudes of plays are no gos for most people. I run a spread. The short passes SUCK. There are nearly no options for challenges in the spread. While I don't play spam, due to CHALLENGES I have to run the same play, as it is the only viable option (Texas in Spread). Nothing else stands a chance at over 19 yards, for instance.
So you're limiting to 2 times in Elite tier? How many plays are there, and how many plays do we run in 3 minutes? So we are now going to be forced to run crappy plays for no yards or negative yards. I've NEVER advocated REMOVING the plays because, sometimes, you just HAVE to run a play again. Imagine if, in the NFL, you have to run a QB sneak, but because you ran it twice before during a game, NOPE, can't do it! It's stupid. Fix your AI, or in the fantasy scoring, deduct a few points, but ENABLE THE PLAYS!
