I want to say it was during that mid/late February EA- Manufactured AH crash. When UL, the new Quad Hub, and several other things were dropped all at once. I want to say included in that was dropping a ton of new base cards into packs like the base 90 Rodgers, 90 Aaron Donald and others.
It might have been earlier though, I can't remember, but it would certainly be helpful to this promo if we had some of these and maybe even a diamond card exchange set.
