Vital questions regarding the Overdrive Mirrors/bots
OK, so we have multiple threads here about the mirrors/bots. Thanks SO much to all the members of Muthead who discovered this.
Also, thanks to most of Muthead who have NOT resorted to all kinds of shenanigans.
Lastly, thanks to Price/HSD for acknowledging the issue here. We all as a community can NOT put this entire mess on their laps, as they can ONLY communicate to us what they are allowed to. Just by apologizing for the situation is a HUGE step for them and the EA team. BUT, it's a mess.
Now, we need to move forward, and there are some serious questions we need to have answered.
When we're matched up with a mirror, the opponent is not actually playing. How is this affecting our pressures against them? And how do we get pressures on our team? What determines whether or not the pressure is successful, since there isn't a human being on the other side playing against that pressure?
So, theoretically, I could be timed out due to an incoming call, and lose a match against a team that doesn't even exist, that also can't possibly be timed out since it's not a real team? How is this fair?
