What is the deal with Playoff Promo

Yea just I mean 15 kinda ridiculous with a 90. 1:10 ratio or 1:8. Be nicer. Was great 2 years ago with promos could do it in sets to grab 1 to grab another to grab another. This 1 and done thing sucks

Yeah, the pricing is a bit off but ones you couldn't sell can go in the sets and the lower elites that wouldn't sell can go in the exchange set to make 85+.
