Bidding problem
this has happened a few times....it goes like this:
I bid, say 350,000 i get outbid, 350,100 i bid, 360,000 i get outbid, 360,100 i bid, 375,000 ...timer expires with me as "HIGHEST BIDDER!"
...."pending results"....
you have been outbid 375,100
wtf? that really takes the fun out of it...it doesnt give me a chance to make another bid.
this has happened to me the last few times if been in bidding wars. really irritating and frustrating.
Yeah to be honest when its below 15 seconds just spam the refresh button

Georgie Boy, I'm not sure why no one ever suggests this but it has always worked for me unless I lost my internet connection. If you're bidding on a SINGLE item at the time, tap it and open it so it's on full display and you're in the bidding screen. No need to manually refresh. I've never missed an expiration doing it this way.
I had someone outbid me by 1 coin. The AH, with the EA intermediary, is a strange place.

I do it a couple of times once it gets into 15 secs, like at 10 secs and then pretty much every second once it gets below 5 seconds.
oh God....ok ty so much for the info...so every time it hits 15 seconds you have to do this? i dont recall ever having to do that before...you'd think in this day and age that wouldnt be necessary....EA...Ive never met anyone like you....never in my life...im 47
